America’s financial crisis has been hard on families. People lost jobs, their business is way down.
So why not use people in this fellowship for work you need done?
You can be Jesus’ answer to someone’s prayer!
If you want to participate:
- E-mail your name and name of your business (if applicable), phone, address if a store, plus 15 words or less on services you offer or the product to jobs@fpcsalinas.org.
- Specify your business so that we can develop categories such as “Plumbing”, “Accounting”, “Furniture”.
- You must be a member of the church. You can imagine how unmanageable and cumbersome this list would become if we did not limit it to those committed to this Body of believers.
- Including yourself or your business on this list does not mean you are hurting financially. It is a way to meet other people at FPC, develop friendships, and to help each other prosper.
What FPC is not doing:
This list is not a recommendation by FPC of any business or person. As always, you will need to interview, get bids, decide for yourself whether this is the right person for your needs. However, these are people in your church you otherwise would not know about and whom you might consider for your job rather than simply using the ‘yellow pages’. FPC will not have any involvement beyond posting the list.
What we hope for:

That we will consider each other when we need services or work done and that friendships will develop.

That in stressful times FPC will be a people who ‘pull together’.

That as Christians we will have integrity that is often missing in the ‘marketplace’ and bring glory to our Lord.
